I came to Melissa with very specific problems, ones I had been trying to solve for years, including self-sabotage and mental and emotion "addictions" that I resisted releasing. These "programs" ran my life. They had served me as a child when I was small and helpless but were stopping me from getting the things I want now, as an adult.
One of those programs was that I had no control over my own thoughts and ideas because of a strong, authoritative parent. I'd been running my life based on her concept of how the world worked, believing sub-consciously that I had to follow her rules to be loved. "I was in great emotional pain and in need of immediate help and so I contacted Melissa Zollo. On Aug 11 we had a session that opened both my eyes and the prison door of my mind.
